Georgia Dentist Maims Nerves- Loses Case as Old Professor Testifies

M James Fagan

Dentist M. James Fagan III, operating out of Atlanta Ga, will have $875,000 less to go towards that new beach house.

from the daily report online : After severing the lingual nerve of then 28 year old Kerry Stolte during the removal of her wisdom teeth, Stolte was left with severe life long pain and mounting bills from oral surgeries that only escalated the problems. After losing her job as an insurance underwriter because she couldn’t talk for more than 2 hours, the case looked to be going either way as the sneak-thief Fagan camp tried to enter a video of Stolte doing yard work as evidence that she wasn’t that hurt.

You know, because the ability to do yard work with your hands and feet are totally relative to the impossibility of oral pain..

In what was described as true “Perry Mason” fashion, the case was blown wide open when Fagan’s old professor was brought in to testify that he never taught him that method of extraction, as Fagan claimed. Leaving potty mouthed Fagan cursing and shaking in his shoes..

“When I announced Dr. Joy, all heck broke loose at defendants’ table,” Lamar (Stolte’s lawyer) continued…”Dr. Fagan shouted an obscenity at me from defendants’ table.”

With all the money Fagan has spent on defending himself he could have just used that to right his wrongs. Horrible Dentist never learn.

We congratulate Kerry Stolte for her personal victory and wish her the best of luck and health in her recovery.

Dentist Cover for Themselves: Kim Henry DDS

On the heels of the death threats we posted earlier from a doctor, which ironically coincide right with the #gamergate nonsense of socially inept brainiacs stalking, threatening to kill and rape detractors (which is exactly with this “Doctor” did) it has come to our attention that the other high commentor and detractor of this site might also have sinister motivations.

Kim Henry DDS, aside from obviously having some culture/race problems that cause him to needlessly bring up medicaid and the president (read: I’m addicted to fox news) has been following the writers of horrible dentist around advocating for Yi-Ling Shiao, habitual malpractice victimizer. He at once says that he has no need to cover for horrible dentists and that there is NO “code of silence” , yet he makes it his business to travel all over the internet defending a doctor he’s never met? Why would any respectable dentist go out of their way to vouch for a sleezeball they don’t know?

 KiM Henry BBB Stalking

Here’s Kim Henry’s response on the BBB in solidarity with Yi-Ling Shiao. How deep is this code of silence that would propel a man states and states away to vehemently defend her and victim shame? Why just not comment at all if you don’t know?

Death Threats recieved from Doctors!!

imageBreaking News

Over the past 2 years we have been receiving harassing comments from the IP address of Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, Ny. We thought it odd since we have not done any pieces on this particular establishment- but I suppose there’s no rationalizing crazy folks.

While initially annoying, these harassing comments have escalated to outright death threats and bizarre racial slurs. Can you imagine logging on to your work computer only to make death threats to the writers of a random blog?!? Ok- now imagine YOU’RE A FUCKING DOCTOR, threatening to kill people, on your work computer, while you should be seeing patients!! Mind boggling.

We understand that these C- students never expected to be working in the slums of Brooklyn at a 1.5 star rated roach motel, under the crushing debt of student loans, But that’s no reason to go off the deep end.

Never to be outdone, we will be meeting with CIO of Interfaith Medical Mike Piro (email Mike, let him know we dont need any crazed doctors: and the Human Resources staff to discuss how they can keep their psychotic employees from abusing their Network. Remember, cyber harassment is a criminal offense and lawsuit worthy.

As for the “doctor”? They can always get a job with the NYPD.

Tip: Protest a Dentist – It’s your Right

Gentle Dental SUCKS

Feeling exhausted with the old rigmarole of trying to get some relief and acknowledgement from your dental malpractice fiasco?

Well don’t just sit there! Grab some markers and some paper…maybe a little glitter…and make a picket sign!

The reason HorribleDentists are allowed to thrive is because of unsuspecting visitors. Let’s be honest – if you were already nervous about a dental procedure and when you arrived at the office there was someone protesting it? Would you take your chances? Probably Not.

Hit em’ where it hurts: the pockets. Protesting is your right. Be sure you check your state regulations. In general, if you will NOT be marching or using a megaphone you will NOT need a permit.

Also, you will need permission to protest on private property. But sidewalks are a free for all. Happy Protesting and be sure to send in Pics!

Tip: Spotting a Horrible Dentist before Visiting

Kim Henry, D.M.D, was nice enough to leave his perspective as a medical professional sworn in to help the general populace: patients lie. They are their own worst enemy and often times go to non reputable dentists. In the SLIGHT chance in his 30+ years of practicing that he finds negligent work, he asks the patient to go back and seek…correction or compensation. Then report them to the board of education.

Of note, he did not say that he didn’t charge the patient for telling them to go back to the negligent dentist. He also didn’t say he would provide testimony for the negligent work. If the medical professional is negligent, which is a “rarity”, why worry about doing a “professional” courtesy? This backs up exactly my collusion post – doesn’t it?

None the less, we appreciate his honesty and his post brings up a good point. How do we identify and avoid negligent dentists in the first place?

Like the devil, the greatest asset to horrible dentist is the belief, and reinforcement by reputable dentists, that they don’t exist. We civilians walk around thinking that if you spent the money and went through the years of school you have to be good right? Wrong – not all doctors, cops, firemen, or any other person who means to “help” is created equal.

From my research through this wretched ordeal, I’ve found a simple way to identify horrible dentists is to simply do a court records searchvia the internet. If they have ANY malpractice claims against them, stay far far farrr away. Now, dentists will tell you that this isn’t an apt measure, that patients will sue you for the slightest irrational thing. But, what you should know while doing your research it is extremely difficult to get a lawyer to even accept a dental malpractice claim due to the collusion and inability to get testimony from another dentist. And even if the lawyer accepts the case, the compensation is considerably low. Reported cases of victims losing 10+ teeth due to unnecessary or inadequate bridges, or damaged suffering damaged facial nerves from pulled wisdom teeth that will leave the patient with a numb face forever will run the dentist…about $250,000. That’s maybe one years salary? Meanwhile you can spill a cup of coffee on yourself at a drive through and get a cool 2 mill.

Trust your instincts and trust me, check the local court systems before choosing a dentist.

Fresno Dentist sued after teen loses part of her jaw

Su Nhia Ying Vang, a supposed dentist, needs to be brought to justice. The Fresno Bee reports below:

Over the next 20 months, Vue made more than a dozen visits to Vang’s office. During that time, Vang took more than seven sets of X-rays of Vue’s teeth, filled several cavities, did a root canal, extracted two teeth and gave her antibiotics and painkillers. But, Vue testified, Vang failed to detect a tumor in her jaw or refer her to a specialist in a timely manner.

A horrible dentist will do everything in their power to squeeze you of every penny, even if that means overlooking a tumor if their are “cavities” and other dental work that can put money in their pocket. This guy apparently was in trouble with the dental board while this was happening. It’s very odd that dentists can be complained out time and again to the board , or be on suspension, and yet still be able to practice.
Want to learn how you can elongate the length of time state’s give you to file a malpractice claim? Stay tuned.
